Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. as per AICTE regulation, 2019 vide F No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019.
  2. The grievance redressal cell for Faculty / Staff should follow the guidelines, rules and regulation of the AICTE/DTE/MSBTE/Govt. of Maharashtra for redressal of grievances.
  3. The GRC shall fix a day for hearing the complaint which shall be communicated to the institution and aggrieved student.
  4. In considering the grievances before it, the GRC followed Principles of natural justice. The GRC shall send the reports with recommendation if any to the institution and a copy thereof to the aggrieved faculty / staff within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
  5. Grievances not resolved by the committee shall be referred to the Ombudsman person within the time period provided in the regulations and also inform to management.
